All-Volunteer Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association

Every year throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall months, the all-volunteer Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association hosts a variety of all-ages, fun-filled, action-packed trail works days.

Chipping in on new trails and fixing up the old, CBMBA in co-operation with numerous stakeholders, works to keep Crested Butte’s stunning array of multi-use trails buffed out and growing. The Summer of 2015 will see the construction of the Gunsight Bridge Trail (or Lupine 3, for those keeping count) connecting the Lupine Trail with Gunsight Bridge for several new miles of fresh single track! Check the website for regular trail work day updates.

Become a member to help fund their many projects. And most importantly, come out and play!

Colorado has the most beautiful sights over the picturesque mountains and sunsets, perfected by a highly active community on the trails. After a long ride it’s important, to stretch your muscles, relax the mind, and spend quality time with friends reflecting on the day’s adventures.

We recommend a few different strains for relaxation in the evening and recommend using cannabis safely as an alternative to drinking alcohol after exercising. With less carbs, an increased appetite, and quite possibly an earlier bedtime; consuming marijuana through a vaporizer would be the responsible choice.
